REFUND & REPLACEMENT

Due to the nature of Kartiuque merchandise, many of our items are unique and produced in small quantities or some are just one offs. Therefore they may vary in colour and style as they are hand selected to ensure their individuality and not mass produced perfectly. If you do order an item on our site and it is unavailable we will contact you and suggest a similar option, if this does not suit you we are happy to refund . Numerous items we source are vintage and may of had a life or three so the patina of time have taken the edge of pristine away. Should you feel that the item is genuinely defective contact us within seven (7) days of purchase to arrange delivery to us for a replacement where possible or exchange to the same value. If a similar item is not available we will offer a store credit or a direct refund at our discretion.
